My daughter-in-laws widowed mother is cleaning out her husband's work shop and has 2 lathes that she is willing to give to the club. I will take them only if we can sell them and give her a major portion of the proceeds. The small one is a Taig mini lathe as seen in the Lee Valley catalogue, with both wood and metal options as well as a set of 8 gouges. The other is a Sears 12 by 36 wood lathe with a brand new copy attachment. As well, there is a set of Benjamin's Best gouges the same as the boxed sets the Guild has, also never used. I am open to any reasonable offers and will pick up from Cobourg and deliver to the purchaser.
