Kawartha Woodturners Guild Membership Form - 2010/2011

If you are interested in joining the Kawartha Woodturners Guild, we invite you to attend a meeting before you join to meet us and see whether membership is for you. 
You must be 16 years of age and over to join. 
If you decide to join, there is a one-time initiation fee of $15.00 and an annual membership fee of $50.00. 

A Family Membership consists of one Regular Member and any number of Family Members who live at the same address and are directly related. 
Membership fees are $50.00 for the Regular Member and $25.00 for each Family Member.

Please download our Membership Form , complete it and bring it with your membership fee to a regular meeting.
